
There are so many questions about why Hypnosis is different from all the
other weight loss programs where people have already failed. I have heard
every objection and I want you to know that weight management can be done
easily.
Hypnosis works because we will work on habits, emotions and routine
behaviors. Until you make changes in these areas, you will continue to struggle
and yo-yo up and down in your weight. And one thing is for certain, your
self esteem will weaken just as surely as your metabolism will slow down.
ALL DIETS FAIL! It is the diet that fails ... NOT the person. All
diets fail because they tell you what NOT to do ... what you CANNOT do and
... what you MUST do. When you read this or say it out loud, you will already
feel
like
you are being forced or that you are out of control. NOTHING could be further
from the truth. These are the negative reinforcements that confront us
everyday.
Eating DIET foods or foods labeled LOW or FREE can be very misleading. All
labels tell you is the number of calories the food has. All the chemicals in
these foods slow down your metabolism. That diet soda has 0 or 2 calories, but
it can cause sugar cravings or salt cravings and it can not be broken down
quickly thus it is stored and turns into fat.
You can only do two things with the fuel you put into your body -- use it up
for energy or store it as fat. The longer the food is in your system, the better
the chances are that it will be stored. It is important to know which foods
supply quick energy and raise your metabolism and which foods need a longer time
to metabolize and therefore cause you to gain weight.
You need to know what hunger is? Do you eat when you are hungry? Do you eat
when you are NOT hungry? Do you eat food that you don’t like? Have you ever
eaten food and thought that it was awful or tasted bad? But you ate it ALL
anyway? I can help you learn to discriminate what is good and what is not good
for you. Using the cold laser helps you be less anxious about the changes you
are making by reducing the cravings and decreasing your appetite.
