Of
all the applications for Hypnosis becoming a NON-smoker is perhaps the
least complicated.
As in all the different applications, you must be willing.
But with smokers it is crucial that you do this for yourself and
not because your doctor said you had to or because your mate is ill and
you know this will benefit them. What makes it easy? I can simply tell you to remember what it felt like to be a non-smoker and you will return to that behavior. You do not need nicotine (cigarettes, chewing tobacco, cigars or a pipe) to survive. You do need food, and that makes weight loss more complicated. You know that fear is a warning signal that something may be wrongÖtherefore forgetting to be afraid of something could be harmful to you. Most people are emotionally addicted to smoking even though they think they are chemically addicted. I use lots of water to flood the lungs and provide oxygen throughout the system, and the cold laser raises the endorphin level to lower cravings. It also gives you something to do with your hands and mouth. This helps with the physical habits and also flushes the nicotine out of your system quickly. Your lungs will return to clean, pink and healthy when you stop polluting them. The emotional addiction is all that is left. And the subconscious mind is always open to a positive or healthful change. Please
